What Is the AI Operator Framework?

It was created by Jamil Ashkar after building four AI products (AutomotiveAI, DealersGear, Drivevex, and Searchdaddy) and authoring two open standards (CORD at CORDspec.org and ACP at ACPspec.org). The framework exists because the gap between AI capability and AI value was never the model. It was the operating system around it.
